Custom Colostrum Pouch 1–10 L with Spout for Calf Colostrum and Milk

Feeding colostrum to a calf places two demands on a pouch: it must hold the colostrum cleanly, and it must dispense smoothly without choking or spilling. This high-barrier aseptic spout pouch is designed around both. The pouch carries a spout and drain tube, so milk travels straight from the pouch into the feeder and the operator can control it with one hand.

The pouch body is a laminate of a printed outer film, an aluminium foil or metallized barrier layer in the middle, and a heat-seal inner layer. The middle layer blocks light and oxygen to protect heat-sensitive components, while the inner layer has to hold its seal from chilled storage through warming. The strength of the spout weld decides whether the pouch stays attached during feeding.

Volumes cover 1-10 L and printing runs to 1-8 colours, so farms can print batch, date and herd numbers on the pouch. Accessories include the drain tube and outer frame, the frame helping the pouch stand while feeding. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with specifications made to order.
