Custom Colostrum Pouch 4 L for Bovine Colostrum

This 4 L colostrum pouch centres on the drench tube that goes with it. The bag is a stand-up spout pouch that can serve as an inner liner inside a bucket or be used on its own. When colostrum is fed to a calf, the tube draws liquid out steadily, so there is no tipping and very little spillage, and one person can manage the job alone.

The build is arranged around how tube, spout and frame work together. The inner layer is a sealing layer that gives the spout seat and tube fitting their weld strength. The middle barrier layer uses metallized or pure aluminium foil for light and gas blocking, while the outer layer carries print and resists abrasion. How closely tube and pouch neck fit is what keeps the joint leak-tight, and the frame holds the soft pouch in shape after filling.
