Custom Foil Spout Pouch 3.5 L, 5 L for Bovine Colostrum

This colostrum spout pouch comes in two common fills, 3.5L and 5L, so a farm can match purchasing to how feed volumes are spread: the smaller fill early on, then 5L as the calves grow. The pouch shape and accessory set stay the same throughout, which means staff do not have to re-learn how a bag handles when the size changes, and the same filling nozzle keeps working on both sizes without adjustment.

The body is built from laminated material with milky white PE. The inner milky white PE handles heat sealing and contact with the milk, while the outer laminated layers carry the tensile and puncture load that comes with a full bag being lifted and set down. It is a stand-up spout pouch, so a filled bag can sit upright in the chiller or on the bench without being propped against anything else.

Volume range is 1-20, printing covers 1-8 colours, accessories are a drain tube and an outer frame, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Ordering both sizes in one run keeps the pouch body common and leaves only the cut length different between them.
