Custom Foil Spout Pouch 4 kg for Bovine Colostrum and Calf Colostrum

The aluminium foil stand-up spout pouch uses a gusseted base so it stands on its own after filling, without extra support, on a chiller shelf or a worktop. This version is designed for a 4 kg fill of bovine or calf colostrum and dispenses through a spout; the cap goes back on and the pouch returns to storage, which suits farms managing colostrum stocks in portions.

The base gusset and side seals carry the weight, so the laminate needs more stiffness and seal strength than a plain flat pouch. Pure aluminium foil or metallized film provides the barrier, a heat-seal inner layer contacts the dairy product, and the outer layer carries the printed design. The spout weld and the top seal are confirmed batch by batch before filling.

Volumes cover 1-10 L, with 4 kg representing the fill weight of this size. Printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the artwork can leave a blank area for writing dates and animal numbers. Accessories are the drain tube and outer frame. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with pouch size and spout bore set by the customer.
