Custom Foil Spout Pouch 4 L for Bovine Colostrum

Shipped direct from the factory that makes it, this foil spout pouch for colostrum puts freshness first. The 4 L fill matches the volume of one or several drench feedings, the aluminium layer blocks light and oxygen, and the spout draws the liquid out, so bovine colostrum can be held under refrigeration with fewer worries about how it keeps.

The film is built on aluminium foil and laminated in the usual order: an outer layer that takes print and resists scuffing in transit, a barrier layer of foil that cuts off light and oxygen, and an inner sealing layer that welds to the spout seat and bag edges. Three layers, three jobs, which is the standard way to build a liquid flexible pack rather than expecting one film to cover everything.

Fills from 1-10L can be arranged, printing runs 1-8 colours, accessories include a drain tube and an outer frame, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

Use is concentrated on keeping and feeding calf colostrum, covering colostrum packaging, cattle-rearing pouches, calf drench bags and farm pouches, plus milk and feeding pouches in the spout-pouch family. The chiller-bag format stacks neatly in a cold cabinet and needs no separate container at feeding time.

Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. The factory can run a sample against your film structure and artwork first, checking the heat seals and spout weld before scaling up.
