Product details
A foil pouch built mainly in a centre-seal format, sealed at both side edges with an additional longitudinal seal down the middle of the back, and also produced as a three-side-seal bag, for granule and powder foods and oral glucose packaging. A centre-seal pouch forms flat, which suits slim, stick-like portion packs.
The material is pure aluminium foil or metallized laminate. Dense foil offers a strong barrier and suits moisture-proof, light-proof packing of powder contents, while metallized film reaches a metal-deposited barrier. The pouch laminates a printed outer film, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film; on a centre-seal bag the longitudinal seal carries the load, so the heat-seal strength of the laminate has to match it.
Printing covers 1-8 colours, and a narrow panel suits the brand name and specification details. Sizes are made to order, with bag width, length and seal width all specifiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, fitting the production rhythm of fast-moving goods such as glucose powder and powdered drinks.
Applications are stated as three-side-seal pouches, foil pouches, granules and powder, and food packaging, and the oral glucose pouches and granule and powder pouches in the keywords point to the same contents; capacity is set from bulk density when filling powder.
