Custom Foil Centre-Seal Pouch 1–500 g with Inner Liner for Scented Tea

A vacuum centre-seal food pouch with a matte surface finish, covering a 1–500 g volume range. The body is made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate, sealed down the back with gusseted inner sides, and it suits scented tea and food packaging; the layout takes full-colour printing and can carry a custom brand mark.

On a centre-seal pouch the seam sits on the back, and the side gussets open after filling so the body goes from flat to a pack with thickness. The matte treatment changes how the surface feels and how it reflects light, and combined with the metallized layer the pouch blocks light while looking different from an ordinary gloss laminate. The gusset seals take more stress than the flat panels, so sealing parameters are set more cautiously there during bag making.

Volume covers 1–500 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, and full-colour layouts and brand marks can be printed from the customer's files; pouch dimensions, gusset width and pouch details are made to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

The pouch is used for tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging. Scented tea, dried flowers and powdered foods are the common fills, and a matte face is often chosen for higher-end product lines on the shelf.
