This colour-printed face-mask pouch is made to order from a customer drawing. The bag is a three-side-seal structure whose outline can be die-cut into an irregular shape, and it is fitted with a tear notch for easy opening. It is used mainly for the individual wrapping of sheet masks, eye masks and skincare products.
The body is built from aluminium foil or metallized film laminates. The foil layer blocks light and offers strong barrier against oxygen and moisture, which suits creams and essences that are sensitive to either; the metallized layer uses vacuum-metallised film for barrier performance with a metallic sheen and a gentler cost. Both can be combined with a printed outer film and a heat-seal inner film to form a complete multi-layer pouch.
Printing runs to 1-8 colours, so artwork, spot colours and layout can follow the brand's visual scheme. Dimensions are made to order: bag length and width, the curvature of the irregular outline, the position of the tear notch and the seal width are all within scope. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, workable for a launch order and a small trial run alike.
