This custom foil face-mask pouch is based on a three-side-seal flat pouch. The body is made from aluminium foil and pure aluminium, colour printing can be done in 1-8 colours, and its main use is as a sheet-mask pouch, while also covering vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches, tea pouches and beauty and household pouches.
A flat pouch is heat sealed on three sides, with the fourth side as the filling seal. The pouch face is flat, so the printed design spreads across it in full - a good match for a category such as sheet masks where the panel artwork carries the product. The foil layer gives the pouch barrier and light-protection performance, and the pure aluminium structure further tightens the passage of gas and light, which suits contents such as essential oils and concentrated serums.
Size is made to order and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Artwork is either supplied by the customer or designed for them, and details such as the opening direction and whether a tear notch is added can be settled at the sampling stage.
Applications cover sheet-mask pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches, tea pouches and beauty and household pouches, so the pouch serves both small-format cosmetic packing and food that needs protection from light.
The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Printing, lamination, slitting and pouch making form the main stages, and a sample can be approved from your artwork or drawing before bulk production.
