A matt-finish foil pouch made to order for trial-size daily necessities, in a three-side-seal format and commonly used for the individual wrapping of sheet masks and eye masks. The matt surface reflects little light, so printed artwork reads more softly both on camera and on shelf.
The material is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer blocks light and moisture, the metallized layer supplies barrier and a metallic feel through metallized film, and a printed outer film and heat-seal inner film complete the laminate. For trial sizes the bag runs small, which puts a higher demand on seal uniformity to prevent leaking under pressure.
Printing covers 1-8 colours, and a matt panel suits a combination of large solid areas and fine line artwork. Sizes are made to order; for small pouches the length, width, tear-opening style and seal width are all open to agreement. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, which matches the distribution scale typical of trial packs.
