Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 1–100 g for Cooked Food

A custom vacuum food foil pouch for snacks and cooked foods, covering a 1–100 g volume range and made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate that can be vacuum sealed for portioning snacks and cooked items. The pouch has a flat-open format, so filling and sealing run on standard vacuum packing equipment.

In the laminate, the outer layer handles printing and folding resistance, the foil or metallized layer provides light blocking and barrier, and the inner layer delivers the heat seal and food contact. Combining foil with metallized film allows a trade-off between light blocking, pouch weight and material cost. Because a vacuumed pouch has to cling to its contents, film flexibility and seal integrity are the focus of this kind of pack.

Volume covers 1–100 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, and layout colours, text and graphics can be produced from the customer's design files; pouch dimensions and seal position follow the filling equipment, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

The pouch is mainly used for food packaging — cooked foods, meat products, roasted snacks and casual snacks all suit it. Once vacuumed, the pack takes up less space in storage and transport, which also makes selling by portion easier.

Different material combinations and printing requirements carry different prices, so the final figure follows the sample and the confirmed specification.
