Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 1–500 g for Tea

A tea pouch with a centre seal and gusseted sides, covering a 1–500 g volume range and made from aluminium foil and metallized laminate, sealed down the back with gussets on both sides — designed for small tea packs and food portions. The pouch stands up after filling, and with no seam across the front, the printed face runs uninterrupted.

A centre-seal gusset pouch puts the longitudinal seam on the back, while the side gussets fold and unfold like an accordion, opening the body out into a near-square cross-section once tea is loaded. The foil and metallized combination gives the pouch both light blocking and barrier, which helps tea hold its aroma. The sides and the back seam are the weak points for sealing, so temperature, pressure and dwell are set specifically for them.

Volume is selected from the 1–500 g range. Printing runs 1–8 colours and can carry the tea type, origin and brewing method on the layout; pouch dimensions, gusset width and sealing method are made to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

The pouch covers tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging. Small packs of green tea, black tea, white tea and teabags are common, and coffee powder and seasoning powders can also be portioned in it.
