Custom Foil Packaging Pouch for Organic Green Tea and Scented Tea

The organic green tea pouch is made from metallized laminated film and formed as a vacuum-ready small sachet, each bag holding one or a few brews. It is intended for green and scented teas whose aroma escapes easily, and moisture protection is the priority in this pack.

The body pairs a metallized layer with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized layer blocks light and provides general barrier, while the aluminium layer strengthens the resistance to water vapour. Small sachets have narrow seal lines, so heat-sealing parameters have to match the film structure to keep every bag equally sealed.

Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The format may be three-side-seal or centre-seal, and whether to vacuum the bag or add an inner liner sachet can be settled at sampling.

It mainly serves green tea and scented tea pouches, and can also be used for vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, fitting a selling model built on per-brew portions that travel easily. The small format also keeps the pack light for shipping and easy to stack in a retail box.

A sample is issued first so sealing and appearance can be checked before volume production. Sealing on small sachets is checked bag by bag, since a narrow seam leaves little room for error.
