Custom Foil Pouch 125–250 g with Inner Liner for Tea

This foil tea pouch covers the 125-250 g range and is often used for green teas such as Longjing and Biluochun. A plastic inner bag can be added as a second layer of protection, and the format stays open to customisation. Green tea is sensitive to light and humidity, so the two-layer idea is straightforward: the outer pouch blocks, the inner bag seals closely, and aroma loss is reduced.

The outer pouch laminates metallized film with a pure aluminium layer: the metallized face blocks light and the aluminium layer resists moisture. The plastic inner bag seals right against the tea, and together they improve overall moisture resistance. The outer pouch's heat-seal layer secures the mouth of the bag against opening in transit.

The pack range covers 125-250 g. Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Whether to include a plastic inner bag, plus pouch length and width and artwork, can all be arranged to request.

It is used for green tea, Longjing and Biluochun pouches, and also covers vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, fitting spring green teas that need extra moisture protection.

Inner bag configuration and colour count affect cost, and quotations follow the confirmed specification and sample. Bring your sample and the factory will evaluate. Sampling is advised first, since the inner bag and the outer pouch have to seal well as a pair.
