Custom Foil Pouch 250 g, Universal, Heavy-Duty for Black Tea

This is a general-purpose pouch sized around a 250 g tea pack. The body uses a laminate that combines metallized film with pure aluminium, and the heavier gauge raises stiffness once filled, which suits Chinese famous teas, especially black tea and Souchong with their coarser leaf.

The metallized layer reflects light and blocks part of the gas transmission, while the pure aluminium layer adds oxygen and moisture resistance; together they leave the pouch insensitive to light and humidity. The inner heat-seal film completes the closure, and the flat surface takes large areas of artwork well. The laminate is arranged so the outer face carries the print and the inner face carries the heat seal, the usual split for a tea pouch of this type.

The 250 g pack size is the usual match. Pouch dimensions are made to order, printing is 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers can also resize pouch length and width, and change the opening, to the actual weight of their own tea.

Beyond black tea and famous Souchong grades, it works for green and scented tea pouches and also covers vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches.

Kody Packaging produces in Dongguan, Guangdong, completing lamination and bag making in house. Samples can be run from the customer's tea sample and reference pouch before bulk production is arranged. Sampling is advised first, so the seal and the printed finish can be checked on the actual film.
