Custom Foil Pouch for Tea

Kody Packaging customises this composite pouch to order. It works as a foil tea bag, takes snacks, dried fruit, nuts and candy, and can also serve as the outer wrap for a brewing product. Covering several snack categories from one production line is what makes the format practical.

The body combines metallized film with a pure aluminium layer: the metallized layer blocks light, the aluminium layer holds back moisture and oxygen, and the inner heat-seal film secures the closure. The composite build gives the pouch some puncture resistance when it carries nuts with sharp edges.

Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Format, opening style and artwork can follow the traits of each category, for example wide openings for dried fruit and small-portion sachets for candy.

It can be used for tea pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, and is especially handy for brands selling both tea drinks and snacks under one visual language. Snack items often need a wider opening, while tea portions lean toward narrower bags with a smaller fill.

Kody Packaging's factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination, slitting and bag making kept in house. Samples follow the customer's reference or artwork first.
