Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–50 g for Ultrasound Gel

The medical ultrasound gel spout pouch uses a spout-fitted format with a 1-50G volume, its body built from aluminium foil and metallized film for portioning the coupling gel used in B-scan examinations. The spout makes the gel easy to squeeze out and reduces direct hand contact with the contents, which suits single-dose use in consulting rooms and examination departments.

The body combines an aluminium foil layer with a metallized layer. The foil handles oxygen and moisture resistance, while the metallized layer blocks light and adds a metallic look. Where the spout joins the pouch is the critical sealing point and has to match the heat-seal behaviour of the film so nothing leaks during squeezing.

The volume covers 1-50G. Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Spout diameter, pouch size and printed content can be set around the customer's filling and usage method. Nothing about the format is fixed, so a clinic or a brand can ask for the size that fits its own dispensing practice.
