Custom Foil Spout Pouch 36 g for Ultrasound Gel

A foil pouch for coupling gel used in ultrasound rooms, normally produced around a 36 g fill with a 1–50 g volume range. The body is formed from aluminium foil and metallized laminate with a spout at the top, and it can be used on lines where the filled pouch goes through a sterilisation step. Gel is dispensed straight from the pouch with no transfer into a second container.

Structurally this is a spout pouch: the laminate is heat-sealed into a bag first, then the spout is welded into the opening. The foil layer handles light blocking and barrier duty, while the metallized layer gives a lighter way to keep the pack opaque; both suit gel fills that are sensitive to light. Because sterilisation exposes the pouch to shifts in temperature and humidity, seal width, sealing temperature and pressure must be held steady during bag making so seals do not turn brittle or leak.

Volume covers 1–50 g, and printing runs 1–8 colours, carrying brand marks, product name, specification and directions, with tone and layout adjusted from the customer's files. Pouch size and spout specification follow the filling equipment and gel viscosity. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

Applications centre on medical ultrasound gel, ultrasound gel and blood-glucose test packaging, typically in ultrasound and imaging departments and through medical consumable channels, and the pouch can also serve as an individual pack for comparable gel products.
