This foil stand-up pouch is made for tea leaves in packs from 100 g to 1 kg. Tea loses aroma quickly when it meets light, air and moisture, so the pouch pairs a foil barrier with an inner heat-seal layer to keep the leaf in condition from packing to the last brew.
The structure uses an outer print layer, a foil barrier layer and an inner PE seal layer, and the pouch stands on its gusset base when filled so it can be displayed upright and stored on a shelf. A zipper can be fitted at the top so the buyer recloses the pack after each use, and a degassing feature is available where the tea is packed warm. Pouch size, film gauge and the zipper or valve format are made to the fill weight and to your packing machine.
The design area covers the full front panel in 1–8 colours, so origin, grade and brewing information can be presented clearly. Guangdong Kody Packaging manufactures the pouches in-house and supplies samples for trials before production.
