Custom Foil Three-Side-Seal Pouch 1–100 g, Heavy-Duty, High-Barrier

A heavy-duty, high-barrier foil three-side-seal pouch for vacuum food packing, covering a 1–100 g volume range and built on pure aluminium foil in a flat three-side-seal format, with a tear notch on one side of the top so the pack opens by hand. It can be vacuumed when packing snacks and cooked foods, and the heavier film resists puncturing by sharp corners during stacking and transport.

A three-side-seal pouch is made by heat-sealing two laminate sheets on three sides and leaving one open for filling, which is closed afterwards. This product takes the pure aluminium route, and the foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture vapour strongly — useful for foods that need a longer flavour-holding window. The heavier build also gives the pouch more body, so it does not crease or collapse after vacuuming.

Volume covers 1–100 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, with artwork, colour codes and registration produced from the customer's design files, and pouch size, notch position and opening direction can all be customised. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suited to food processors and packers with a steady batch size.

The main uses are food packaging and cooked-food packaging, typically for vacuum-packed cooked foods, dried tofu, small dried fish and snack lines sold at retail. For products that need moisture, light and aroma protection, a pure aluminium build offers the matching performance.
