A made-to-order three-side-seal foil pouch with a flat mouth, used for face masks, vacuum food packs, cooked-food freshness packs and tea. Corrosion resistance is a property of this type of foil laminate: when the contents are acidic, salty or oily, the choice of inner material and laminating adhesive matters a great deal.
The body is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer gives steady light and moisture blocking, and the metallized layer reaches a metal-deposited barrier. The laminate consists of a printed outer film, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film; for vacuum packing, the seal width and heat-seal temperature have to match the film so the negative pressure inside holds without leaking.
Printing covers 1-8 colours, and the colour panel suits both a food line and a household line. Sizes are made to order: for a flat pouch the length, width, seal width and the option of a spout are all negotiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, fitting volume shipments of tea, cooked food and face masks.
Applications are sheet-mask pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and tea pouches, and the composite sealing pouches named in the keywords belong to the same group; when the fill is a liquid, the inner material is confirmed against its nature.
Production is carried out by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with lamination and bag-making linked in-house and samples reproduced from a customer's pouch.
