Product details
The three-side-seal sheet-mask pouch is a custom foil laminated bag Kody Packaging makes for beauty and personal-care customers. It uses a three-side-seal format with a flat, easy-tear top edge and can run with either vacuum or standard sealing. The body is based on pure aluminium foil laminate, whose barrier performance keeps liquid-bearing products such as mask serum, essence and cooling patches away from air and moisture during long storage.
Structurally the pouch combines a pure aluminium foil layer with polymer film layers. The foil blocks oxygen, light and aroma loss, while the inner heat-seal layer delivers seam strength and sealing integrity. Because the format is three-side-seal, three seams enclose the pouch and the front face stays flat and roomy for artwork and product information.
Printing runs from 1-8 colours. Artwork, pouch dimensions and the opening style are made to order, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers can choose the opening method and tear position to suit their own product line, and any further accessory can be confirmed during sampling.
Applications cover sheet-mask pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches, tea pouches and beauty and household pouches, from the outer wrap of a single mask to sealed sachets of powder, paste or small food pieces.
Kody Packaging operates in Dongguan, Guangdong, with its own lamination and bag-making lines, controlling lamination, slitting and pouch forming stage by stage. Samples can be produced from a customer's reference or artwork before volume production is scheduled.
