Custom Foil Three-Side-Seal Pouch for Sheet Mask

This flat-top three-side-seal pouch is made from pure aluminium foil and serves both sheet-mask beauty products and composite food packaging. Leaving out a stand-up base keeps the pouch thinner with straight seams, which suits boxing, use inside an outer bag, and smooth running on automatic filling lines.

The body laminates pure aluminium foil with a heat-seal inner layer. The foil handles light blocking, oxygen resistance and aroma retention, while the sealant layer determines seam strength and sealing quality. Three-side-seal tooling produces three seams around the pouch and leaves one full flat face for printing, undisturbed by any folded base. All three seams are made in the same pass as the pouch itself, which keeps the bag flat for stacking and for a customer's own packing line.

Dimensions are made to order, so customers set the length-to-width ratio and the opening position themselves. Printing supports 1-8 colours; artwork, slitting direction and cut style are confirmed at the sampling stage. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

Uses span sheet-mask pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and tea pouches, sealing sheet masks and essence on the personal-care side and cooked foods, dried goods and tea on the food side.

Kody Packaging's plant sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, slitting and bag making happen on one site. Samples are made from the customer's reference or artwork and approved before bulk production begins, and the factory can propose a heavier multilayer build when contents need more protection.
