Product details
A three-side-seal foil laminate pouch aimed at cold-compress patches and face masks. The panel comes in two surface directions: a frosted finish that feels matt and does not pick up fingerprints, and a pure-foil finish that leads with metallic sheen.
The material is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer is a strong barrier against light, oxygen and moisture vapour, which suits cold-compress patches holding hydrogel or medicated liquid; the metallized layer achieves barrier through metallized film and keeps cost in check. In the laminate the printed outer film, the middle barrier layer and the inner heat-seal film divide the jobs of artwork, barrier and sealing.
Printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the difference in colour rendering between a frosted film and a pure foil film is best compared through proofs. Sizes are made to order, and bag dimensions, corner radii and tear-notch position can all be adjusted. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, which covers the usual batch size for cold-compress products.
Applications are stated as sheet and eye masks and household and skincare cosmetics. The cold-compress patch and essence-pouch terms in the keywords refer to the same flexible packaging family, and when the fill is a gel, a liquid or a soaked non-woven sheet the bag style and seal can be fine-tuned to its flow.
