Product details
A made-to-order matt frosted laminate pouch in a three-side-seal structure, aimed at face masks and moisturising cosmetics. A frosted surface offers slight drag under the fingers and lets printed colour blocks read more evenly, which suits skincare designs built around a fresh, gentle feel.
The body is a metallized foil laminate, and a pure foil layer can be added where the barrier requirement calls for it. The metallized layer forms a thin aluminium coating on a base film by vacuum deposition to provide barrier, while the foil layer further strengthens the block against light and moisture vapour. Laminating the printed outer film, the middle barrier layer and the inner heat-seal film together meets the needs of printing, barrier and sealing at once.
Printing supports 1-8 colours; colour on a frosted face leans restrained, and the degree of matt can be compared during proofing. Sizes are made to order, and bag dimensions, base shape and tear-opening style are all negotiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, in line with routine order volumes for a moisturising skincare item.
