Product details
A made-to-order colour-printed matt-film three-side-seal foil pouch for face masks, cosmetics and daily necessities. The matt film is a matting layer applied over the printed face, so the finished surface reflects little light and artwork reads in a flat tone.
The body is an aluminium foil or metallized laminate. The foil layer handles the barrier against light, oxygen and moisture vapour, the metallized layer reaches a metal-deposited barrier, and the matt film sits over the print and also shields the ink. The inner heat-seal film determines seal strength and, together with the bag format, keeps the pack leak-free after filling.
Printing covers 1-8 colours. A matt film renders colour slightly more soberly, which suits dark schemes and large solid areas. Sizes are made to order: bag length and width, seal width and tear-notch position can all be specified. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, convenient for new products and for routine orders in a daily-necessities range.
Applications are stated as sheet and eye masks and household and skincare cosmetics. The essence pouches and pure-foil laminate pouches named in the keywords match the three-side-seal structure, and the pouch mouth is chosen by viscosity when filling serum, lotion or cream.
Production is done by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, film coating and bag-making run on one line. A sample can confirm the degree of matt.
