Custom Foil Vacuum Pouch, Heavy-Duty for Tea and Cooked Food

This custom tea pouch uses a centre-seal format and a heavier-gauge pure aluminium foil laminate, with moisture protection and anti-static behaviour as its two headline traits. It covers sealing needs for both tea and cooked-food freshness packaging. On a centre-seal pouch the seam sits in the middle of the back panel, leaving one uninterrupted printable face, and the narrow, elongated shape suits small-dose portions and multi-size ranges.

The body laminates an aluminium foil layer with a heat-seal layer. Foil blocks moisture and odour, and the heavier gauge lifts stiffness and puncture resistance. The anti-static treatment reduces dust and tea fines clinging to the film, which helps in rooms filling powdered or long-leaf tea.

Dimensions are made to order, printing runs 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch length and width, seam width and whether vacuum is required can all be set around the customer's filling equipment and shelf presentation.

It suits tea pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, and is especially at home with teas that need long light-free storage, plus braised and cooked-food items. Because the seam sits on the back panel, the pouch keeps a slim profile in the box, and the heavier laminate holds its shape once filled.

Kody Packaging's works are in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination, curing and bag making are controlled as separate stages. Samples can be rebuilt from a customer's reference pouch before volume production. Sampling first is advised, because the film structure and the heat-seal parameters have to be settled together before the bag runs.

Price relates to film thickness, colour count and order quantity, and is calculated against the confirmed specification and sample.
