Custom Metallized Foil Pouch for Sheet Mask

A matt metallized flat pouch with a 17-silk total thickness, matt on both faces and built as a three-side-seal bag, for powder products and face-mask packaging. The 17-silk figure refers to the total thickness of the laminate, a heavier grade that gives the bag a substantial feel and a crisp opening.

The material is aluminium foil or metallized film. This item leads with metallized film, matt-finished on both sides so neither face reflects light, while a foil layer can be substituted when a higher barrier is needed. The laminate still consists of a printed outer film, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film, and the heavier gauge resists being punctured by sharp powder particles during filling.

Printing supports 1-8 colours. A matt film surface places particular demands on ink adhesion, which a proof can verify first. Sizes are made to order, and the length, width and seal dimensions of the flat pouch can be specified. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, suited to volume orders for powder and mask pouches.
