Custom Metallized Packaging Pouch for Tea

This metallized pouch comes in both glossy and matte surface finishes, with the bag style selectable between centre seal and back seal and gussets on the sides, for tea and food packaging. The finish shapes how the pack reads on shelf, while the gussets let the filled pouch keep a squared outline that packs and displays neatly. Choosing between centre seal and back seal mostly comes down to how much uninterrupted print area the design needs.

The body laminates metallized film with a pure aluminium layer. The metallized face gives the metallic look and blocks light, and the aluminium layer strengthens resistance to moisture and oxygen. Side gussets open into folded panels, giving the pouch room to expand so it sits better around granular or long-leaf contents.

Dimensions are made to order, printing is 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Gloss or matte, centre seal or back seal, gusset width and pouch length and width can all be set around a customer's product line.

It serves tea pouches, vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness pouches and sheet-mask pouches, and suits dry foods that need both a premium surface and dependable moisture sealing.
