Custom Pure-Aluminium Centre-Seal Pouch 1–500 g for Scented Tea

A pure aluminium organ pouch produced by a packaging bag factory, covering a 1–500 g volume range, with a centre-seal construction and gussets on both sides, and a front face that can be printed across its full width. The body follows a foil and metallized laminate route and is often chosen as a block-bottom pouch for scented tea and coffee beans: once opened out it has thickness and stands up on a shelf by itself.

A centre-seal pouch has one longitudinal seam down the back, and the side gussets open outwards after filling to create wider side walls. The metallized layer blocks light while the foil layer reinforces the barrier, and together they give the pouch a balanced defence against light and moisture vapour. The gussets and the back seam are where the seals take the load, so sealing parameters are set separately for those areas during bag making.

Volume can be selected between 1–500 g to match the fill. Printing runs 1–8 colours, with colour, graphics and text taken from the customer's artwork, and pouch height, width and gusset size confirmed to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

Uses cover tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging; scented tea, coffee beans, roasted beans and herbal teas all fit. A block-bottom format is friendly to stacking granular contents.
