Product details
A pure aluminium organ pouch with a centre-seal back seam, covering a 1–500 g volume range. The body is built on pure aluminium foil with gusseted sides that open out to give the pack a three-dimensional shape, so it stands without tipping once filled with tea or powdered food. The seal runs down the centre of the back, leaving the whole front face free for printing.
The side gussets give the pouch more room once filled and let the base open out when the pack is stood up. Pure aluminium foil offers strong barrier performance, which suits tea — a product that dislikes light, moisture and odour transfer. The back seam sets the sealing foundation for the whole pouch, so sealing temperature and pressure have to be controlled during bag making to avoid weak seals.
Volume covers 1–500 g. Printing runs 1–8 colours, and the layout can carry full-colour work with product name, origin details and brewing instructions. Pouch dimensions and gusset width are made to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
The pouch is used for tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging — black tea, green tea, scented tea and pu'er, as well as coffee powder and grain powders. A centre-seal block-bottom pouch also sits neatly on a shelf.
Kody Packaging produces in Dongguan, Guangdong, working on custom foil and metallized laminate pouches with lamination, slitting and bag making in sequence, and printing and seals are checked before dispatch. Trial pouches can be made against a customer sample.
