Product details
An irregular-shape matt pure-foil laminate pouch in a three-side-seal format, designed to order. Irregular means the outline can depart from a plain rectangle, taking on rounded corners, curved edges or a shaped cut-out, which helps a face-mask pack build brand recognition on shelf.
The material is pure aluminium foil or metallized film. The dense foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture vapour, a second safeguard beyond the matt face, while metallized film reaches barrier through a deposited layer and balances cost. The pouch laminates a printed outer film, a middle barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film; the shaped outline is formed in the bag-making step with a die, and the edge seal has to run continuously without breaks.
Printing supports 1-8 colours, and artwork inside a shaped area needs bleed and a safety margin in the layout. Sizes are made to order, with the outline curve, bag dimensions and tear-notch position all specifiable. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, appropriate for skincare brands that want to stand apart by shape.
