This was a scene the reporter witnessed yesterday in the paper box tableware production workshop of Wenzhou Sanxing Environmental Protection Packaging Co., Ltd. According to reports, domestic enterprises engaged in foreign trade in environmentally friendly paper box tableware are mainly located in Guangdong and Shandong. At present, only two enterprises in our city, Sanxing Environmental Protection Packaging and Wenzhou Keyi Environmental Protection Tableware Co., Ltd., produce and export environmentally friendly paper box tableware. The raw materials for this tableware are processed from natural sugarcane pulp and other grass fibers and are naturally degradable, and are deeply welcomed by American users.

The pulp board is made from sugarcane pulp and reed pulp imported from Thailand, both of which are degradable grass fibers.

Zheng Fuzhang, chairman of Sanxing Environmental Protection Packaging Co., Ltd., said that this year

the company only started production in the month, with manufacturing equipment investment of

ten thousand yuan. It currently has four production lines and can produce per day

paper box tableware; the formed paper box tableware then passes through a slicing machine and a punching machine to become a refined finished product, and the finished products are then rushed to the inspection area,

where every paper box must be carefully inspected, not a single one can be let through.

Zheng Fuzhang said that employees mainly check whether the paper boxes have defects and color problems, and one employee has to inspect more than 10,000 paper boxes a day.

The entire process from the raw material pulp to the packing of the paper box tableware must not exceed

hours. After inspection, the paper boxes need to be sterilized at high temperature in a sterilization box, after which they can enter the final packing stage. Before entering the packaging workshop, the reporter had to first undergo ultraviolet lamp disinfection; this stage is mainly to ensure that the microbiological indicators of the products meet the requirements.

According to reports, for a small piece of paper box tableware to be exported to the United States, it must meet the chemical and physical indicators required by customers, and at the same time, a hygienic and professional production environment is also an important factor for customers in placing orders.
