Chenzhong Machinery Signs Contract for Approach Flow System of Anhui Xinguang New Materials' 500,000-ton Packaging Paper Project

Published:2021-07-30 · Industry News

In the scorching July, Shandong Chenzhong Machinery had more good news: it signed a contract for the approach-flow system of the 500,000-ton-per-year packaging paper project of Anhui Xinguang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. The system mainly includes three AWS 7.6 m² inward-flow headbox screens, a second-stage headbox screen and a dilution water screen, among other equipment. Among them, the AWS 7.6 m² inward-flow headbox screen is currently the largest and most demanding type of approach-flow screening equipment among domestically produced equipment.

The project is one 5600/1000 m/min containerboard machine and one 5600/1000 m/min corrugated paper machine, producing 80–120 gsm containerboard and low-grammage corrugated paper. This paper machine is currently the domestic machine with the highest speed and widest trim among machines of the same type.

This is another cooperation between Chenzhong Machinery and Anhui Xinguang after their successful cooperation in 2011 on a 150,000-ton corrugated paper pulping line. It is the proven start-up record of Chenzhong Machinery's approach-flow systems of the same type, along with its service, that won this renewed cooperation opportunity.

Shandong Chenzhong Machinery's pressure screens start from the high end, aiming to improve users' product quality and reduce consumption. After years of research and development, they have formed a serialized product line including coarse screens, fine screens, fractionation screens and headbox screens.

As a supplier of complete pulping line equipment in China, Shandong Chenzhong Machinery has provided dozens of complete waste paper pulping production lines of 200–1,000 tons in recent years, accumulated extensive experience in waste paper processing, and will provide tremendous help for paper mills' needs in increasing output and improving quality.
