(1) Using a bionic tooth-shaped structure, it solves the problems of bag picking and bag spreading for non-laminated and semi-laminated woven bags (high air permeability and sticking of the bag mouth);

(2) Based on photoelectric sensing technology and servo control technology, unmanned operation is achieved, solving the difficult problems of faulty bags and automatic compensation of bag mouth position deviation during the bag loading process;

(3) Automated bag loading, weighing, edge folding, bag sewing, labeling and inspection are achieved;

(4) Based on sensing, servo control technology and visual inspection technology, unmanned inspection and control of packaging accuracy, quality (precious metals) and product appearance are achieved.

(5) The JFZG1400 intelligent packaging production system for powder materials can be used for small 2.5-5KG bag packaging and secondary packaging of flour and other powder materials, replacing manual work to complete small-bag or large-bag packaging. It can be used compatibly with the JFZG1200 twelve-station powder material packaging equipment. Its production efficiency is higher than all existing secondary packaging production lines on the market. In use, the production line runs stably, saving three workers per day, and one year of operation can save the company more than 300,000 yuan in labor and management costs, reducing the packaging cost of small-package flour to 2 yuan/tonne.

(6) The BZX01 intelligent packaging production system for powder materials can be used for 25Kg large packaging of flour and other powder materials, replacing manual work to complete bag pulling, edge folding, labeling and sewing. Its automatic packaging speed is 700 bags/hour, its production efficiency is higher than manual work, and operation is fully automated. In use, one production line runs stably, saving two workers per packaging station per day, and one year of operation can save the company more than 150,000 yuan in labor and management costs per station, creating substantial room for cost reduction across the entire 25Kg flour packaging production line.

Standardized and modular production of packaging machines has been achieved; the development of bulk material packaging products adapted to different materials, different specifications and different packaging materials has been completed, forming initial coverage of leading enterprises in the grain and oil packaging industry; based on mature automatic packaging systems and intelligent loading systems, integrated services are now provided to customers covering bulk material warehousing, bulk material conveying, weighing, filling, packaging conveying, shaping, automatic loading or automatic palletizing, and automatic depalletizing and loading; the industrialization process of intelligent packaging equipment is promoted.

Future development of the project: the project product "key equipment for intelligent packaging of bulk materials" will further eliminate the impact of the epidemic, intensify product industrialization promotion and product innovation and iteration, complete industry standards within the industry and increase its voice in the industry.

1. By the end of 2022, a plan to submit an application for an intelligent packaging machine industry standard to the China Grain and Oil Machinery Standardization Technical Committee.
2. From 2022 to 2023, complete the overall achievement evaluation and the provincial science and technology award application around the "key equipment for intelligent packaging of bulk materials" project.
3. Complete the application for the Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Innovation Center around a series of achievement technologies such as intelligent packaging and loading of bulk materials.
4. Accelerate the industrial application of the project's product technologies.
