Under the theme of "Transformation, Innovation, Development", the conference opened amid warm and friendly applause. Ye Xinliang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jinhua Municipal Government, and Lin Hua, President of the Zhejiang Packaging Technology Association, delivered speeches first. In his congratulatory address, Deputy Secretary-General Ye Xinliang affirmed the long-term preparatory work of the E-commerce Committee and congratulated it on its official establishment; he briefly reviewed the development history of Jinhua's regional internet economy and expressed the hope that the E-commerce Committee, a "national" industry organization, could drive Jinhua's internet economy to new heights. In his address, President Lin Hua extended a warm welcome and thanks to leaders and distinguished guests at all levels and conveyed cordial greetings to colleagues in the national packaging industry; he summarized the achievements of Zhejiang's e-commerce development and analyzed the future trends of Zhejiang's internet economy from political, economic, historical and cultural perspectives. He said that the establishment of the E-commerce Committee has brought Zhejiang Province

a brand-new opportunity for the development of e-commerce in the industry, and he hoped that the E-commerce Committee would set sail and accelerate the advancement of

e-commerce development in the industry.

Liu Guojing, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Packaging Federation, read out the approval document agreeing to the establishment of

the "E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation". Wang Li, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Packaging Federation, presented a plaque to Gong Jingqiang, Director of the Preparatory Committee of the E-commerce Committee, and the audience applauded warmly during the plaque presentation ceremony.

Wang Li, Deputy Secretary-General, addressed the conference. She said that in order to advance the

"integration of informatization and industrialization" in the packaging industry and help traditional packaging enterprises transform and upgrade, the China Packaging Federation had long been considering the establishment of a professional e-commerce committee. The reason why the E-commerce Committee is based in Jinhua and operated by Zhejiang Hongrenyuan E-commerce Co., Ltd. is mainly based on two considerations: first, China Packaging Network under Hongrenyuan has 15 years of industry influence; second, Jinhua treats the internet economy as its "No. 1 industry", so the E-commerce Committee's settlement in Jinhua became inevitable. Wang Li highly praised the preparatory work of the E-commerce Committee and hoped that the E-commerce Committee would take this founding conference as an opportunity to, under the leadership of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, make persistent efforts and new achievements, and make greater contributions to advancing the development of China's packaging industry.

After receiving the plaque of the E-commerce Committee, Gong Jingqiang, Director of the Preparatory Committee of the E-commerce Committee, gave a speech and delivered the "Work Report of the E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation" to the conference. In his report, he said that since the preparation work began, after more than half a year of effort, the E-commerce Committee had reached strategic cooperation agreements with provincial and municipal associations and several colleges and universities, and had completed the preparation

of its establishment documents. He thanked the China Packaging Federation, the provincial packaging federation, the Jinhua Municipal Government and the leaders of the development zone for their support and help during the preparation process. In the future, on the basis of improving its own organizational structure, the E-commerce Committee will vigorously promote

the application of e-commerce in the industry, give full play to the advantages of an industry organization, and provide small and medium-sized enterprises with guidance for transformation and upgrading in e-commerce application.

The report also laid out six key tasks for the E-commerce Committee in the future: first, strengthening the promotion of organizational structures; second, innovating supporting application services; third, enhancing exchanges between enterprises and colleges; fourth, conducting in-depth research on industry characteristics; fifth, raising enterprises' service awareness; and sixth, setting up e-commerce training institutions.

Gong Jingqiang, Executive Vice Director and Secretary-General of the E-commerce Committee, presents the work report

In accordance with the Articles of Association of the China Packaging Federation, the conference reviewed and approved the "Working Guidelines of the E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation" and the "Election Measures for the Congress of the E-commerce Committee of the China Packaging Federation", and elected the vice directors and the secretary-general, as well as the advisors, standing committee members and committee members of the E-commerce Committee. The post of director of the E-commerce Committee remains vacant; Gong Jingqiang serves as Executive Vice Director and Secretary-General of the E-commerce Committee; Wang Jiajun, Li Qiang, Zhou Licheng, Yu Shiming and Chen Yufeng serve as vice directors; Lin Hua, Zhu Zhiwei and Zheng Jiqing are appointed as advisors to the E-commerce Committee;

14 people serve as standing committee members and 23 people serve as committee members.
