Jiamei Packaging expects H1 net profit to grow 254% to 361%, with full-industry-chain beverage services creating a new growth engine

Published:2026-08-17 · Industry News

On July 13, Jiamei Packaging (002969) disclosed its semi-annual 2026 earnings forecast. In the first half of this year, the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 70.00 million yuan to 91.00 million yuan, a substantial increase from 19.7416 million yuan in the same period last year, with a growth rate of 254.58% to 360.96%. Meanwhile, net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be 72.00 million yuan to 94.00 million yuan, up 342.88% to 478.20% year on year; basic earnings per share are expected to be between 0.0651 yuan per share and 0.0846 yuan per share.

Optimized Financial Structure Unlocks Profit Elasticity

The significant improvement in performance was mainly driven by both the industry environment and internal financial optimization. The forecast notes that the first half of 2026 was a "big year" for the beverage industry, with more days of Spring Festival peak-season orders falling within this reporting period, which boosted revenue growth. The company's traditional advantageous businesses remained stable, and performance stood at the normal average level of a "big year", laying the foundation for overall development. On the other hand, as the company's convertible bonds were gradually converted into shares, financial expenses dropped sharply, which played a direct positive role in improving the company's performance.

Business Resilience Continues to Strengthen

Judging by the seasonal operating patterns of the packaging industry, the second quarter is usually the traditional off-season for beverage packaging. Looking back at some past years, Jiamei Packaging's single-quarter profit base in the second quarter was generally low. Therefore, despite the objective existence of the off-season effect in the second quarter, the company's overall net profit in the first half of the year still reached a scale of more than 70 million yuan, reflecting that the risk resistance of its business structure is strengthening.

Full Industry-Chain Platform Creates a New Profit Growth Curve

The announcement shows that in addition to traditional businesses, the company's "full industry-chain beverage services" platform continues to gain momentum. Incremental orders from new customers, new markets and new business models have gradually formed a scale effect, effectively offsetting part of the gap in existing businesses. In particular, the platform's contract manufacturing and filling business is developing well and, as its scale further increases, has become a new profit growth point. This diversified business synergy not only effectively reduces the impact of seasonal changes on the performance of the single existing packaging business, but also plays a strategic role in enhancing customer stickiness and promoting comprehensive, sustained cooperation, injecting new momentum into the company's long-term shared growth.
