Yili Sushi color-printed laminated film packaging production line has started construction
Recently, the project of Xinjiang Yili Sushi Packaging Co., Ltd. for a color-printed laminated film packaging production line with an annual output of 4,000 tonnes started construction.
Since 2013, with the continuous improvement of the foreign trade environment in Yining City, the export business of Xinjiang Yili Jinbian Plastics Co., Ltd. has developed rapidly, with 90% of its products exported to the five Central Asian countries and an annual output value of about 70 million yuan. In order to meet the increasing demand for product outer packaging in foreign markets, this year the company decided to establish Yili Sushi Packaging Co., Ltd. in the cooperation zone and invest 30 million yuan to build a new color-printed laminated film packaging production line. This production line mainly produces various plastic multi-layer laminated flexible packaging products such as food bags, dairy product bags, seasoning bags and quick-frozen food bags, as well as plastic color-printed woven bags. At the same time, the company has introduced a series of equipment including fully automatic computer-controlled high-speed gravure color printing machines and computer-controlled dry lamination machines. It has also established a professional team of designers and engineers, aiming to build a first-class color-printed packaging enterprise in the valley.
Feng Qiang, an official of the Economy and Trade Development Bureau of the Yining Border Economic Cooperation Zone, said: "This project carries out color printing and packaging by introducing fully automatic advanced equipment from across the country, and has also brought in a number of professional technical teams from across the country to participate in the construction of this project and its later production."
It is understood that after this project is completed, it can achieve an output value of 150 million yuan, an industrial added value of 45 million yuan and tax revenue of 37.5 million yuan, and create 200 jobs.
