5L Bag-In-Box With Screw Cap Valve For Liquid Egg, Milk Tea & Coffee Concentrate

This bag-in-box is built around a screw cap valve as the dispensing point. The bag body is made with four-side seal or pillow-type sealing, and the valve is heat-sealed to the film so it stays leak-resistant during filling, handling and transport. Liquid can be pumped out or poured directly once the cap is opened, and closing it again limits contact with air. We match valve diameter and bag dimensions to your filling equipment, and offer both square-bottom and handle-style designs for easier packing.

The bag body is laminated from food-grade PE, PET, PA and EVOH, and we adjust the barrier layer and film thickness to suit the product being filled. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with artwork, colours and repeat length customised from your files or samples. Standard volumes run from 100 ml to 5 L, and larger formats can be developed on request. Caps, spouts or flying-edge connectors are available, and matching film rolls can be supplied for the same filling line.

These bags are widely used for liquid egg, milk tea and coffee concentrate, sauces, syrups, juices and dairy products, as well as for in-plant transfer and cold-chain distribution.
