Designed for colostrum and liquid livestock feed, this pouch uses a stand-up format with an integrated spout. Four-side seals keep the edges flat and even, while the spout can be fitted with a screw cap or valve for smooth filling and pouring. The bag holds its shape once filled, stands steadily on a bench or floor, and helps reduce spills during hand feeding.
The pouch body is built mainly from food-grade co-extruded PE film, with the inner layer in direct contact with milk or colostrum. It performs well at -18°C and resists cracking after freezing and thawing, and outer layers can be combined with other barrier materials where needed. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, and common volumes run from 500ml to 5L, with spout size, bag dimensions and film thickness all adjustable.
Typical uses include calf colostrum feeding, liquid livestock feed, and dairy or beverage dosing, as well as other liquids that need spouted filling. We accept customisation from samples or artwork and can supply matching roll film in the same material. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 cleanroom, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
