500 ml eight-side-seal aluminium foil pouch uses PET/Al/PE three-layer structure with aluminium foil covering every face, water-vapour transmission < 0.1 g/m²·day, OTR < 0.5 cc/m²·day. Common applications: powders, tea leaves, nuts and coffee beans requiring long-term light and moisture protection.
Eight-side-seal design forms five heat-seal faces, providing upright stable shape suitable for e-commerce and shelf display. Wall thickness 130 μm, passes 1.5 m drop test.
Capacity 50 g to 1 kg, 1-4 colour custom laminate printing. Optional self-seal zipper on the same bag style. MOQ 5,000 pcs, 5 days for samples, 12 days for bulk.
