2L Drinking Water Liquid Pouch Bag — Three-Side Seal, No Spout (Custom Gravure Printed)

Structure: This is a 2L three-side seal liquid pouch bag with no spout. Three edges are heat-sealed, the top remains an open filling area that is heat-sealed after filling, and the pouch face is flat with no spout assembly. Compared with same-size spout pouches, this structure removes the fitment assembly step and keeps the panel continuous, which suits full-panel branding and drinking water identification.

Materials and specifications: Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination); the combination can be selected according to content and barrier requirements. The standard size is 2L, and dimensions and artwork can be customized to customer requirements.

Production process and cleanroom standard: The process runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing supported. Bag making and related operations are carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom; food-grade materials are used and material certificates can be provided on request.

Applications and customization flow: Suitable for liquid packaging of drinking water. The customization flow is: customer provides sample pouch or artwork → sampling from sample/drawing → confirmation of material, size and artwork → production run. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, made in Dongguan, Guangdong.
