The 5L format and screw spout are the key differentiators, supporting pouring and dispensing use for concentrated liquid products. They are produced in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong.
Common composite material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer composite thickness is 150–250 µm, and the material and structure can be selected according to concentrated liquid packaging needs. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
For printing and process, 1–8 color gravure printing is supported. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The 5L pouch can be combined with a screw spout structure, and the artwork can be customized to customer design. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
