This 600mm heat-resistant laminated roll film is designed for food packaging machines. It uses multilayer lamination structures, with common materials including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk. As the technical variant of this product, the heat-resistant type is structured and laminated around the heat resistance requirements of the heat-sealing process on food packaging machines.
The roll width is 600mm for food packaging machine applications. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, with pattern and color configuration according to the artwork; thickness is controlled within the 15–25 silk multilayer lamination range.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a Class 10000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
We support proofing from samples or drawings and customize size and layout according to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with origin in Dongguan, Guangdong.
