This product is a 500ml double stand-up pouch for pet food, equipped with a butterfly valve as the technical variant that distinguishes it from standard double stand-up pouches of the same size and use. The double stand-up structure helps the pouch stand for display and use, while the butterfly valve gives it a different appearance and function from regular stand-up pouches.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing is done by 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Dongguan Kangdi Packaging is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a 10000-class cleanroom workshop.
