This 5L double stand-up pouch is used for sauce packaging. It has a double stand-up pouch structure and is equipped with a butterfly valve as the dispensing port. The butterfly valve configuration distinguishes it from ordinary stand-up pouches of the same size and use, making it suitable for dispensing after sauce filling.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer composite thickness can be 15–25 silk. The material can be selected within the above range according to sauce characteristics and packaging requirements.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. The materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
We support sample/drawing proofing and can customize size and artwork according to customer requirements. Customization confirmation can cover bag size, printing layout, composite material and thickness, butterfly valve configuration, and sauce filling/use requirements, with production arranged at an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
