This product is a 5L double stand-up pouch for sauce, featuring a handle as its key variant. It is suitable for sauce packaging and is clearly differentiated from same-size, same-use double stand-up pouches without a handle. Custom sizes and layouts are available upon request to meet different sauce packaging requirements.
Common laminated material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The lamination structure can be selected according to customer requirements for sauce packaging, with 1–8 color gravure printing for the artwork.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The factory offers sampling based on customer samples/drawings and can customize sizes and layouts according to customer requirements.
