2kg Pickled Vegetable Seven-Layer Co-Extruded Vacuum Pouches

This product is a seven-layer co-extruded vacuum pouch for 2kg pickled vegetables, with seven-layer co-extrusion as its technical variant to distinguish it from ordinary vacuum pouches of the same specification and use. When multi-layer composite structures are involved, common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer composite thickness is 15–25 silk.

The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing available. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, operates in a 10,000-class cleanroom, uses food-grade materials, and can provide material certificates upon customer request.

This vacuum pouch is intended for 2kg pickled vegetable packaging. It supports custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements, as well as sample/artwork proofing. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Common composite materials can be selected from the above range, with thickness of 15–25 silk.

From proofing confirmation to production, the process can follow gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making, and heat sealing.
