This product is a 500g snack self-seal zipper pouch, with the core variant being a single zipper structure, making it clearly distinguishable from other 500g snack packaging with different zipper configurations. The pouch is self-sealing for snack packaging use; sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements.
Common multi-layer laminate materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer lamination thickness is 150–250 µm. The materials are food-grade, and material proof can be provided according to customer requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The factory process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and the bag-making process is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom.
Customization supports sample/sample drawing proofing, and sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. This 500g snack self-seal zipper pouch is suitable for snack packaging projects requiring a single zipper configuration.
