Since 2017, the Blue Whale Expo has been held three times. It started in Suzhou as a small but refined event serving the East China market, and today it is firmly based in Shanghai and reaches across the country, with its scale upgraded year after year. Three years of development could not have happened without the support and encouragement of colleagues in the printing and packaging field; three years of continuous dedication have made the "Blue Whale Expo" a widely known exhibition platform in the printing and packaging industry, winning the unanimous recognition of exhibitors and visitors; the arduous journey of three years has tempered our will, given us greater determination and urged us to move step by step toward the goal of "no limit to excellence in exhibitions, no end to our reach".

In 2020, we are ready to make our move. The new edition of the Blue Whale International Label Expo & Blue Whale International Flexible Packaging Expo & Blue Whale International Functional Film Expo will appear again at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in April 2020. The exhibition will cover the three major fields of labels, flexible packaging and functional films. At the same time, it will extend fully to end-use packaging applications in many industries such as food, beverages, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals and electronics, with several themed forums held concurrently to fully interpret new technologies, new materials, new applications and new trends, enabling exhibitors and visitors to communicate and exchange views in depth on many levels.
